How It All Began

Team Cycle opened to make Travis Fisher’s dream come true. Travis sketched the shop on his way to tour San Diego State with the thought that his family could work together every day. Travis enjoyed his 4 shots of espresso daily and Leslie and Brian enjoy cycling. Travis said, "it needs to be a place where people would like to hang out and it needs big screen televisions," because both Travis and his brother Brandon love sports.

Where It's Come Thus Far

On the morning of May 3, 2013 Travis Fisher was killed in a single car accident at the age of 20. The family wanted to do something to make sure Travis wasn’t forgotten and wanted to build it as close to Travis’ sketch as possible. The Fishers have lived in Cameron Park since 1984. Brandon and Travis were born and raised in Cameron Park. To have the shop in Cameron Park means so much to the family and their goal is to make it in memory of their son Travis.
